We’re looking for a skilled content writer to work with teams across the company. This person will craft valuable content that will educate our customers and wow our prospects. His/her work will have him/her fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, writing copy for ads and so on. This role reports to the head of marketing and communications, who is the custodian of the brand guidelines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs
  • Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
  • Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
  • Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics.
  • create localizedcontent to ensure consistency across industries
  • Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
  • Create scripts for ng , blog, Vblog, podcast and other content series
  • Manage social media

Requirements:

  • 2 years of working as a content marketer or in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (maybe, a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters simply without using jargon
  • Graphic design skill and video editing will be a plus
  • Photography and videography skills will be a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
  • Confirmed experience working with deadlines to deliver high-quality output in a short time

We’re on the lookout for a Brand Communication & product marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our organization’s product(s). Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B and B2C product marketer with proven success in working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our organization in the market
  • Content Development – Conceptualize and create an educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis – Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
  • Sales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
  • Demand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand
  • Evangelism – Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the product

Requirements:

 

  • BA / BS (MBA Preferred) with 2 years prior experience in a similar position
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
  • Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, tradeshows, social media, content marketing etc.
  • CMS Experience and CRM Skills
  • Interested in Data Science
  • Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
  • Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing
